Q: Why should we use you and how easy is it to change? A: All accountants are not the same we are passionate about helping you to develop and grow your business, not just supplying your accounts and tax returns once a year. Once we have helped you make more money we can then help you save tax, we specialise in giving you the opportunity to choose your tax rate!
Changing over to us is very easy. We take care of the whole process for you, all you have to do is sign a letter which we shall provide, and everything else is done for you. If you previously used a qualified accountant they are not usually allowed to charge you for providing the information we shall ask for.
Q:You are offering a lot of services I currently do not receive, is it expensive? A: No and because of the way we work you always know in advance what our charges are so you are always in control. We are not the cheapest but we offer fixed fees linked to the value of what we provide. You are entrusting us with you business, we offer excellent value for what we provide and we often find that while others appear cheap to start with they are not in the long run!
Q: My accounts have just been completed I don't need an accountant until next year, should I speak to you closer to the time? A: We work with our customers throughout the year not just when you need your accounts done. In addition we help our customers with their tax planning throughout the year not after when they can't do anything about it. We look forward with our customers and help them to plan, what we don't do is just report what has already happened.
Q:Do you come and visit us, even on the first visit? A: We are always happy to visit you at your premises. It lets us see your business, and how it operates on a day to day basis, we can also see your books and records. Sometimes it also helps to take you out of the business so we can talk without any of the inevitable interruptions so you may want to visit our office, but we leave that decision up to you.
Q: How quickly can we meet? A: If you let us know when you are free we will do our utmost to make sure we can fit in around you. If you want to see somebody urgently, we can usually arrange a meeting quickly as we are always out and about.
Q: Do you just cover the Norwich area? A: No we are happy to talk to you regardless of where you are based, we look after clients who are based all over the country, distance is not the barrier it once was, we use the latest technology to ensure we can help you regardless of where you are.
Q: How do I know you will do what you say? A: Our business is to look after your business and if we don't deliver we don't have a business. As such we would not offer you something we couldn't deliver. In addition we offer you TWO unique risk free guarantees for your piece of mind.
