Meet the Team
Bob Swinton C.A. – Principal
Bob formed the practice back in 1993. He has previously worked for Price Waterhouse which included a period in the Cayman Islands, after that he became a partner in a firm in Scotland for 8 years. He then relocated to Norwich and decided to form Swinton & Co he wanted to ensure that our practice went that extra mile for its customers and actually got involved with his customers on a regular basis.
Bob specialises in handling HMRC tax disputes and investigations. He also casts a watchful eye to ensure the practice performs to his service expectations.

Chris joined the practice in 2001, he started as a junior and has worked his way up through the practice. During his time at the practice Chris has also achieved his A.C.C.A qualifications. Chris works together with Bob to ensure that Swinton & Co are not like other accountants.
Chris specialises in providing our business development services, as well as being responsible for the education of customers in relation to tax strategies and solutions. He has a real passion for this type of work and loves working closely with our customers. His current favourite research subject is Digital Marketing and the impact it can have for our customers.
Paul Swinton – M.A.A.T – Practice Manager
Paul joined the practice in 2003, he started as a junior and has worked his way up through the practice. During his time with the practice Paul has completed his A.A.T. qualifications and is currently studying for ICAEW exams.
Paul ensures the practice is running properly on a day to day basis, he also responsible for his own portfolio of customers and helping them on a day to day basis.
Nikki Goodwin – M.A.A.T. – Accounts Manager

Nikki joined the practice in 2005, she started as a Junior and has worked closely with Chris & Paul for a number of years. During her time with the practice Nikki has completed her A.A.T qualifications.
Nikki is responsible for her own portfolio of customers and helps them with the day to day running of their business.
Paul Prime – Administrator
Paul joined the practice in 2009 and has many years experience in senior administrative roles, and previously worked in other professional service offices. He has always had an interest in numbers and is currently studying for his A.A.T. qualifications.
Paul is responsible for all the admin needs of the practice and without his daily input the practice would cease to function effectively.
