This does not tie you to us although we hope that there will be a long and fruitful business relationship, it is only there to help to avoid any misunderstandings between us and so you know what the cost will be in advance. - Unlimited Meetings and Phone Support. To encourage you to use Swinton & Co as your trusted advisor we encourage you to call or arrange a meeting with us as much as you need without charge. It can be about anything - tax, business ideas, just someone to use as a sounding board or whatever you need. If you need help and we can provide it on the phone, it's FREE.
- FREE Business Health Check. To identify potential problems that may need addressed within your business and to ensure you are aware of all the tax planning opportunities you are not presently taking advantage of.
- Timescales.We are always happy to work to agreed timescales and will include these in our fixed price agreements.

- A Complete Package. Regardless of the size of your business we can tailor a complete package for you to provide all the services you require. We offer services ranging from the opportunity for you to pass the responsibility of sorting out all the paperwork for you to becoming a part time financial director. We can do as much or as little as you want us to.
- An Accountant Who Speaks to You; Not Down to You. We pride ourselves on making you feel comfortable. We ensure you know what you need to and don't confuse you with jargon. We always encourage our customers to talk to us and use us as a sounding board, whether that be on the phone, in person or online. We work with you in the way which you find most comfortable. That's why we don't charge for meetings or telephone calls.
Most Importantly Two Unique Guarantees...
We are so confident that we will provide you with the service you want and deserve. We have written two unique guarantees into all our fixed price agreements.
The First One. If we try to charge you for additional services outside of your fixed price agreement without first quoting you in advance and gaining your approval you can put the invoice IN THE BIN.
The Second One. If you are not completely happy with our work, obviously we would like you to tell us. If we can't sort the problem out for you, then don't pay for the part you're not happy with.
